Remeber when sliced bread was introduced?  Well here's the next best thing, you are gonna LOVE this, these cubes are all enterchangeable, and fit together, which means the only limit is the svailable space that you have.  If its a cupboard, then no problem it fits in the cupboard, if its a room stack it to the roof, if its your desk, then we have items for your desk.  These designs all come as raw, blank wood, so that nobody can say BUT! My craft room is Pink, blue, purple, spray whatever color you like and make it YOURS!
Dont wait till your friends all have them and you are green, get in touch NOW! THESE ITEMS ARE HOT!!

LOTV challenge

I know i have been kinda quiet of late, but there are lots of reasons/ excuses:  We only have a few weeks left before the wedding of my eldest son, and we all know that weddings are lots of work, my little girl hasnt been well, she suffers from migraines, and we actually thought there was something sinister afoot as her eyes started bleeding two weeks ago, so we were off to do all kinds of scary tests this week. Also having other children and a home to run, well all i can tell you is that i need a HOLIDAY!

Ok so now that my friends are up to speed with my life, on to my card for the LOTV challenge , they had a great sketch with lots of layers which i love for last weeks challenge and dumbolina here, missed the deadline so i am gonna say here that these are my favorite colors and enter this weeks challenge, and as we all know if your mojo is kinda flat, a sketch is great as you really dont need to think too hard.
My poor lotv stamps are really neglected, i bought all the new stamps at the NEC last year and then had to have the new little fairies that were released recently, but i sent hours trying to get my cc to work, finally i asked a darling friend of mine to send them to me, which she did, "Thank You so much sweetness"
My image is colored with copics, the paper, is from a company called "Calambour" Italy if any of you know where i can get more, i would love to know as this is the last of it and i LOVE this paper.  My card size is only 5" X 5" which is a change for me, as the lotv images are quite little.  The sentiment is from crafty individuals that i have had for ages and forgot i had, i stickeled some punched butterflies to death and gave them pearl bodies, all the flowers and pearl sprays are from my stash.
have a great week

Mo's dp2 challenge dt

Time for our new challenge on Mo's challenge blog and this week we want to see "Non traditional valentine"
To me valentines speaks of getting a VERY LARGE bouquet of flowers so of course this little darling would work great for me, her name is "Nelly" and she is available from Mo's store
I colored her with my copics as per usual.  The dp unfortuantely is really old and didnt have the label on it any longer, i had been saving it for when i needed something other than red for valentines, and i just love that it is a denim looking paper with hearts all over it.
I used my MS heart border punch, a heart lace doily from my stash as one of my layers, and then i found these chipboard hearts that were aching to be used so i dabbed some embossing powder on them, distressed them a little.  Layered my roses onto some flat flowers from my stash, a length of ribbon and a pearl ribbon slider.
the inside of my card is pretty simple, but i think that with all thats going on the front of my card i can get away with a simple design on the inside
have a great crafting week

Magnolialicious Challenge dt

I am soooo EXCITED! to finally share my news with you that Diana Crick from Magnolialicious has finally made all my dreams come true by asking me to be on the Magnolialicious challenge blog design team!!!  I have had to sit on this little gem of information for about two or three weeks now, so you can well imagine how i am feeling now to finally be able to share this news.  When i recieved her email, my husband didnt know what was going on, he heard me yelling and whooping upstairs, he came running like a bat out of hell to see what all the noise was about, i will give him his due as he made all the right noises when i shared the news with him, and of course being the man that he is, was very happy that i was so ecstatic.
Ok enough of me and on with our challenge, our challenge chosen by Tacey, is "PINK, BLACK AND RED"
Well must admit, not three colors that i have used together often.
And Diana is offering a wonderful gift certificate to the winner redeemable at the  Magnolialicous store
For my card i have used Ladybug Tilda from the Raising the ceilling collection, #374 on the inventory.  If she not in stock right now, i am sure Diana will have her back in the store soon and there is LOADS to choose from.
colored with my copics, and loads of stickles added.  I stitched around the card, but i seemed to be havng one of my days with my sewing machine as it just wouldnt stitch properly and eventually i just thought it would add a bit of character to my card.
I used one of my Hero arts stamps to add a few flourishes around the edge of my image, cut with nesties labels 14.  The sentiment is computer generated.  I have also used one of my MS punches border hearts, the hat pins, flowers, button, charm and flowers are all from my stash.
Please head over to the Magnolialicious challenge blog to check out what the rest of the girls have to inspire you for this weeks challenge and join in the fun.
Product details are listed on my Marvellous Maggies blog
have a great week

Bizzy Becs February challenge

Time for our February challenge on Bizzy Becs store blog and i know my card is not my usual fare, but i just felt like playing with something a little different.
I have used a stamp that is sorely neglected as i have had this little darling for months and only now inked her up for the first time, she is from Becs store and called "cupcake Kiki, so sweet!
As usual i colored her with my copics, the paper is American craft dp and the flowers that i have used are all from Bizzy Becs.
I have also added a few flourishes that i used my ek success punch to make, the sentiment is an old one from SU.
the team have some fabulous work to inspire you with our sketch this month so i hope you will pop past and join in with our challenge

New header

I spent the best part of yesterday stamping, masking and coloring this image for the header for my new Marvellous Maggies blog.  I am way techno challenged so i had to get my friend Sharon Keanly to fiddle on the computer and add the title and make it happen on my blog, thanks Shaz.
It was a lot of work, but so worth it now that i see how lovely it looks on my blog and can leave no doubt as to what the blog is about.
If you would like to see the header in all its glory, please pop past Marvellous Maggies.
have a great crafting weekend

Mo's dp2 challenge dt

This week on Mo's challenge blog our theme is "Love" with buttons lace and bows, right up my alley.
Now before anyone says, oh yeah, late as usual, we had an electrical storm yesterday and it hit my modem, so i got on the buzzer and my IT son came round and fixed the problem and mum is back on line, but i must add that this morning i had no idea how to start my day.  Purely cos i couldnt check my email this morning, lol
Nothing says love like "Jack and Ginger" available from HERE.  Mos is just a phenomenal artist and to me the love that gets you to the age of Jack and Ginger is the REAL DEAL!  Hopefully this will be me and my hero one day, he he.
On the outside i added all the lace around my image and then a nice flourish of grey pearls along the side, witha  lush ribbon and large button centre, as you know by now i couldnt leave it like that i had to add some flowers.  I followed the them through to the inside of my card and added another image of Jack and Ginger, love these.
the Paper is a MME paper thaqt i have had in my stash for ages.  Image colored with copics, i seem to be using a lot of grey lately, it does Not reflect my mood, but it seems that i am enjoying it nontheless
have a great week

Pixie Cottage challenge dt

Hi all you crafty people, its time for our challenge on the Pixie cottage and we have a sketch for you this week, you can also enter by theme which is buttons this week.
I used both the sketch and the buttons theme, since it worked well together.   At The Pixie Cottage we also have some fab new images being released, and they will work with your darling little Magnolia stamps, how cool is that?  For my little ensemble i have used "At the corner, by Artish" available HERE.
I didnt realise that i had another grey and pink card just below this, so its gonna look like i have a new favorite color combo, he he, anywho so be it.
As per usual i have colored my image with copics:  Greys are W's, and the pinks are R85, R83, R81, Rv000.
I also paper pieced a few of the pieces of my background image and Tilda's shopping bag, to hold the color scheme throughout.  I did add a bit of shading to my pieced pieces so they wouldnt look flat.
This darling little Magnolia image is available from Diana's store where you can get loads of Magnolia stamps aswell as all the new little Tilda's to add to our ever growing collection.
Have a great crafting week
