Magnolialicious Challenge dt

I know, i know, my post is a number of hours late:  My challenge in life is to be a good Jewess and believe me when i would much rather be blogging than eating matzah for another day longer i am sorely stretched.  Because we live in the Diaspora we have to keep two days of Yom tov, wow, my kids and i couldnt wait for the sun to set today and to see the first three stars to come out to mark the end of our week of Pesach.
Well better late than never:  The challenge this week set by our very own Pat Fank was this delightful picture of her Grand-girls at the Fair, well i think that we all looked at it and scratched out heads.
I decided to make a go of it and made this carousel using a number of images from Diana's store, will list the images below.
All images colored with my trusty copics and given a good going over of stickles.  Used two of my Ek success punches for borders, loads of tiny rhinestones and twisted ribbon to drape over the top of the carousel.  And yes it does spin!
Have a great week crafters and come and join the fun on Magnolia-licious challenge blog

P.S: image i used:  #301 Tilda with umbrella,  #3077 Tilda on ornament, #3074 Tilda hanging ornaments, #294 Tilda with Balloon, #313 Happy Tilda,

  24. Hi sweet friend...I wondered what you'd been up to...I'd forgotten your holidays. And I completely understand your challenges to get everything done...plus raise your little ones!! Wouldn't it be such fun for us all to get away for a day or two...just to craft?!! My dream, believe me!! Your carousel is amazzzzzing!! I think it's funny that we all struggled with this inspiration photo...but I tell ya, you absolutely NAILED this challenge! Once again...you not only MET the challenge...you far, far exceeded it!! Awesome...oh...and I'll definitely be back to more carefully review the above tutorial!! I'm all about simple too!! But my simple and your simple seem to be miles apart!! When I say say simple, it means greade-school simple! LOL!! Hugs. Pat
