Hi blog hoppers, this week on whiff of joy challenges we have another great sketch for you by our very own Bev, so pop over to the challenge blog and enter for this weeks challenge. My dp for this card is Dianne's daughters, a really old dp, but still one of my favorites and because i have been so bored with normal square and rectangle cards lately i decided to give the sketch a twist. I dont know what this style of card is called as its just one of those ideas that i came up with, but i am sure its not new. I folded the front of my card in half and used a nestie to cut only half way through the front so that the whole of the front of my card would have a concertina look, but wuldnt lose the sketch. Another new favorite of mine are feathers, the smallest and fluffiest fromt he batch. I tied the feather into my ribbon with a little rose bud, added some pearls and then my all time have to are the flowers.
please leave some feedback...................
Great card, love the way you folded with the nestie.
