Whiff of Joy dt

This week we are using a fab sketch by our very own Jane

I hadnt used this cool Oakley yet and he was just screaming to be inked, i do think that buttons are the very thing to be used on male cards and since the sketch depicts buttons and we all have loads of buttons, i had a good old scratch throught he stash to find the right ones for this card.  the dp is so old its probably a vintage item by now that i dont remember who its by.  I am loath to use my new sewing machine to stitch on my cards so i did some faux stitching, very easy if you have a tracing wheel ask me i will let y"all know what i did.  I used my ek success border punch for the zig zag down the centre of my card and then i cut these stars out to pop my buttons in the middle.  Do pop over to the challenge blog and see what the rest of the girls came up with.
