Some one suggested this week that i call y"all groupies and not stalkers, i hope nobody took offence.
well onto our challenge this week on Totally gorjuss its Pink and green, Yummy! A great color combo, certainly makes my creative juices flow.
As we have all established from the ammount of time i dedicate to coloring these beauties I Love my maggies. However i cant really see myself actually using the accessory, being the castle window too often, what a mission coloring in each of the bricks and to top it all off, the bricks were a few short for me to actually cut it in the round nestie so i had to draw in a few extra. colored so that they look dimensional, what we do for the love of our craft? Then yesterday while browsing in a plastic shop i found some devine doilies and they came in colors and different designs, quite costly but I HAD TO HAVE THEM. Once i cut my image i used it in the centre of my pink doilie. Anywho, this window scene just brought to mind catles with vine growing up the sides and Tilda waiting for her beau, so i glitzed up her bow and dress, i mean a girl has to be glamourous if she is going on a date, sitting waiting in her castle window with the vine and the sweet smell of roses and cherry blossoms. The scroll for the sentiment is drawn and distressed with inks.
WOW what a wonderful card xx
ReplyDeletewow, and double wow!
