Hi Paola....wishing you a very Happy Birthday! I totally hate guessing someone's age....not good at it. You look incredibly YOUNG, but you have a son about to be married and children are getting married later in life than they used to. Taking this into consideration, I would guess that your son is about 25 and if you had him at the same age, then it could be 50?????????

Although you look MUCH younger, Paola, I'd say 46 because you say your eldest son is soon to be married, and I'm assuming you were in your early twenties when he was born. At any rate, Happy Birthday to you!
